Flooring Tile Installation

The floor tile is being laid and the the exterior rock is also being installed. The interior painting is still being completed.

Interior Painting

The drywall is 100% completed and the painting should be all wrapped up. The tub is being switched out today and we are all looking forward to the owners visit for tomorrow.

Progress!

The construction of this home is going very well. The framing has been completed, the electrical and plumbing have been roughed in. The insulation has been installed, the drywall is hung and is being taped and textured, the roof tile has been delivered and is stocked on the roof.

Trusses Rolled

The trusses are being completed today. The tongue and groove are in the process of being cut, stained and installed. The sheeting of the home is also in progress.

Framing has begun!

The sticks are up and the framing has begun. The trusses have been ordered and the framing is going quickly.

Slab Completed

The home and garage slab is all poured and looks great!

Slab Poured

The slab was poured on Friday and is curing fine. The garage slab is projected to be poured on Wednesday. The stem wall is being backfilled today.

Pad Prep

The slab is being prepped today for tomorrows slab inspection.

Stem Walls & Underground

The stem walls have been completed and the forms have been removed. The Plumber and the Electrician has completed the underground work. The slab should be poured soon.

Footings

The footings are close to being ready to pour. The weather has delayed todays pour. The City is inspecting the footings today and we are scheduled to pour the mud at 9:00 AM tomorrow if the weather permits.
